For the past couple of lesson we have been taking lots of images mainly to help us take better images using the rule of thirds and other techniques. This helped because it meant that when I came to take an actual image that I would use it would be professional and resemble one that you would find on an actual magazine front cover.

Some of the images I had taken were good however they would not be suitable examples a front cover.

This image would not being suitable for the front cover because it is not a close up of someones face or anything else. it also does not follow the rule of thrids.

This is a good image because it works with the rule of thrids and also would relate to genre of a magazine such as computers. There is also enough room at the top for a good sized title and enough space for straplines down the side.
The image i chose in the end was this one:
i chose this image because i feel it shows my genre of magazine and also protrays my genre of media and also follows the rule of thrids.
